French Speaking - Restaurant Manager/Supervisor

We are looking for a professional experienced Resturant Manager/Assistant Managers to run out busy hotel restuarant in the French Alps. Serving 120 -180 covers per service (Buffet Breakfast and SetEvening Meal)

You will be managaing a team of waiters and waitresses, producing staff rotas and assuring that all service staff perform their duties correctly and efficiently, giving additional training and support where necessary.

You will also be responsible for ensuring effective communication, between the service staff and the kitchen, to ensure clients recieve top quality food and wine and excellent service.

You must have previous experience and speak excellent French.

All applicants must have a FULL European Union passport and PERMANENT British National Insurance number. Accommodation and meals are provided, salary on application.
