Waiting staff are required to work in 3 and 4 star hotels across the French Alps.

Main duties include preparing the restaurant for service, greeting and seating guests, explaining menus, taking orders and liaising with the kitchen staff, most of whom are native French speakers, serving food and drinks and clearing away. 

Shifts are generally split between 2 of the 3 services (breakfast, lunch, dinner), there are also  vacancies in some hotels for Breakfast Waiters/Waitresses to purely work the morning shifts. 

Candidates must be very presentable and sociable and have excellent spoken French (at least A’level standard, preferably degree level).  Some previous experience is desirable.

All applicants must have a FULL European Union passport and PERMANENT British National Insurance number.

Accommodation and meals are provided. Salary on application.
