Operations Exec - Office Based - Chamonix We have exciting positions available administrating and coordinating operations in the winter from our head office in Chamonix, France. Positions exist for people with excellent French, possibly a language placement student but certainly someone with the desire and capability to use the language constantly throughout the winter to organise company phones and manage the fleet of vehicles used by Crystal across Europe, as well as assist in the reservations department.   At our head office in Chamonix we need great people who not only have these language skills, but also very strong organisational skills.  The areas you’ll be looking after are crucial to the successful delivery of our product overseas, and you’ll be in constant contact with the resort based teams who rely on a superb back office team to support them in making sure all our guests get a great service and have a great holiday. The role is varied, but with a structure that is often absent from typical resort-based overseas roles.  You can expect your working week to be 5.5/6 days on a split shift basis so you’ll have time to enjoy the fantastic skiing in the Chamonix region.  A lift pass is provided as part of the package, as well as equipment hire and accommodation. Our opportunities in the Chamonix Office are much sought after, and we will take only the very best candidates on board.  As well as completing the online application and passing an initial screening process, you'll also need to be available to come to the Crystal Head Office in Kingston, London on 21st July for an assessment day.  There is another date available on 25th July but would ask you to book for the first one if at all possible.
