The childcare service is at the very heart of Ski Famille's resort operations. You will have an involving role that will make the very most of your enthusiasm and dedication to safely looking after and entertaining children.

For Qualified Carers we require NVQ Level 3, NNEB, BTEC, RGN, RSCN, or equivalent qualifications. Playroom Assistants must have proven childcare experience. We provide training before the season starts on all aspects of working in a ski resort - for instance taking children to ski school - and suitable activities for the environment.

The job can be demanding. Children in our care range in age from a few weeks to nine or ten years old. Unlike many day nurseries, the children are only there for a week, which means relationships constantly have to be made with new children.
However, the role can also be enormously rewarding and you will be supported at all times by our Childcare Manager.

Successful applicants will need to be available from early February 2009 to April 2009. We offer a competitive salary and benefits with a good standard of shared accommodation.

Ski Famille Nannies get two full days off a week.
