We are currently looking for a motivated, driven, hardworking individual to fill their role of Transport Manager. They are a family run Tour Operator specialising in European based ski holidays

This is based in the French Alps during the winter months 

Ample experience in the Travel Industry is required together with the ability to communication confidently in French.

This is a demanding position, working closely with the UK based office and the Overseas Operations team.

We are looking for experienced Sous Chefs, Comis Chef, to work in a French run hotel in the Alps for the winter Ski Season.

The Team, will be responsible for producing a full buffet breakfast as well as a 3 course evening meal (the clients will get a choice of 3 per course). You and your team will produce between 120 -180 covers per service.

Knowledge of French is desirable, however not essential.
