DEPUTY MANAGER POSITION AVAILABLE IN ALPE D’HUEZ

You will be assisting the Hotel Manager with the day to day management of our flagship hotel. You will be commercially aware of the budgets and directing all hotel service, including front of house, food and beverages and housekeeping. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in a Assistant Manager or Head of Department position overseas and is looking for a route into Hotel Management.

The job requires you to;

• Manage and control all aspects of the hotel to ensure its smooth running in the absence of the hotel manager.
• Ensure your team is motivated and enthusiastic
• Manage bar and terrace sales to maximize profit footflow
• Manage guest satisfaction to the highest degree

Please note you must meet the following requirements for employment

• EU Passport
• UK National Insurance Number
• UK Permanent Address
• UK Bank account

You must have previous experience in the hotel/hospitality industry ideally in an overseas environment, staff management skills, an excellent communicator, working knowledge of a relevant language (preferable), self motivated, positive pro-active approach and computer literate.
