We are looking to recruit a experienced Gardener.
ROLE: You will work to ensure that the gardens and communal grounds of a apartment complex are prepared, maintained and immaculately presented. This will include: pruning, mowing lawns, hedge trimming, planting, weeding, laying turf, tree work, laying gravel, paving stones, picking up litter. Etc
LOCATION: The resort is called Eauze, which is in located in the South West of France between Toulouse and Bordeaux. If you take a look at the following website: www.madamevacances.com you will be able to take a look at the apartment complexes and gardens that you will be maintaining.
START DATE:ASAP - November 2011.
HOURS:You will be required to work 5 days a week .The hours of work will usually be 9 - 5.30 however flexibility is required to work different hours when required.In total you will work 39 hours a week, which equates to 169 hours a month.
PAY You will be paid £1300 gross per calendar month, which will be payable on the 15th of each month.Self catered accommodation is available on a shared room basis, at a cost of £210 per calendar month. (after tax, NI and accommodation deduction, you will receive approx £840 into your UK bank account).
TRAVEL The cost of travel to resort will be at your own cost
REQUIREMENTS You MUST meet the following requirement to be considered for the role.
1. Be available to work in France for the duration of the summer contract
2. Hold an European Passport, British National Insurance.
3. Be resident in the UK
4. Hold a valid driving license.
5. Have previous gardening/landscaping experience.
