HEAD HOUSEKEEPING POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN FRANCE

Guest comfort is important no matter where they choose to stay and you can be crucial to ensuring the very best levels are maintained. Your experience and attention to detail will be needed to run an efficient and effective team of housekeeping staff while maintaining the levels of hygiene and health and safety standards our company expects.

The job requires you to;

• Ensure the hotel bedrooms, corridors and public areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness in line with company standards
• Maintain and improve service standards to generate positive customer feedback and encourage repeat business
• Supervise and provide staff training and development to ensure high levels of customer service
• Act as Duty Manager for the hotel when required
• Ensure your team is motivated and enthusiastic by being an active leader
• Control costs through correct storage and distribution of supplies
• Take control of weekly stock takes and ordering for cleaning products and linen.

You will have cleaning/housekeeping experience preferably within a hotel or accommodation unit, experience of stock control, ability to continually raise standards, excellent attention to detail, hands-on management experience and a proven ability to motivate others.
