This is an exciting opportunity to work as Resort Manager in the French Alps, working with various internationally recognized Tour Operators.

Running your resort will be a bit like running your own business, as it is a diverse and challenging role that requires you to oversee every aspect of the operation within your resort.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and maintaining the standards and quality of the catering in all of your chalets.
• Ensuring that your chalets operate within budget.
• Managing chalet staff, and other support staff, such as driver, resort rep, and Maintenance officer.
• Placing weekly orders for your chalets, and liasing with suppliers, whilst ensuring that your chalets operate within budget.
• Providing training during the season for existing and new chalet staff.
• Producing detailed resort reports and account for the resort's catering expenditure in a timely manor
• Dealing with clients concerns/complaints, and liasing with head office.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic, excellent at problem solving, and good communication skills.

You must have Hospitality, catering and customer service experience, ideally gained in the Ski Industry, combined with Management and supervisory skills.

Ideally you will also have a Good command of French Full clean drivers license, UK National Insurance Number and European Passport, Essential.
