As a Ski Representative you will be a member of our ‘front line’ team, meeting guests on a daily basis. Your primary task will be to ensure the well-being and welfare of our guests during their stay. You will also be required to provide a ski-leading service for guests up to five days per week. Responsibilities include:

• Accompanying airport transfers
• Holding weekly welcome meetings
• Daily hotel visits
• Preparing and operating a snow focused programme of events
• Financial accounting
• Completing company paperwork,
• General admin tasks and ensuring that the whole resort operation runs smoothly

The ideal candidate should be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent and have a good command of French, German or Italian. Experience of working in a customer service industry is essential. You should be a strong communicator and confident that you can work independently. All Ski Representatives should be physically fit, able to ski to an advanced level and preferably hold a skiing qualification.
