The role of Yeti Assistant requires a person with a very broad spectrum of skills to deliver a high standard of service to children and adults.

You will be looking after the children on and off the slopes. This requires a high standard of stamina and energy, and a lot enthusiasm.

The Yeti Club is for children aged between 4 and 9 years, who are taught to ski by local ski instructors under the supervision of our Yeti staff. As the children become more confident on skis they progress from the nursery area up the slopes and ski in different ability groups around the resort.

This position involves assisting in the running of the Yeti Club, helping local instructors in providing an enjoyable introduction to skiing. The position of Yeti assistant is for the 2/3week periods during the Xmas/New Year, Feb Half Term and Easter school holidays and does not require a guide level of ski ability.

This is a key role in resort and would suit someone who is looking to gain valuable experience and take the next step towards becoming a yeti manager another season.

Requirements:

• Relevant resort experience
• Full Clean Driving licence
• Some ski ability is good,
• Childcare experience (4 – 14years)
• Excellent customer care skills and communication skills
• Adaptable resourceful patient and diplomatic
• Team player essential
