In an attempt to find the best personnel for our Child Care, Chalet and Chalet Hotel programmes this winter we have been travelling around the UK over the past 2 months conducting regional interviews in Putney, up in Manchester and over in Bristol. Last week was our biggest turn out with nearly 40 people coming to our Manchester interview. We want to interview as many candidates as possible to see if they have what it takes to become part of the most diverse and skilled teams in the Alps this winter.
Interviewees have really raised the bar this year with the ‘tasks’ they have been presenting at interview. Favourites have included a juggling Kitchen Porter, a hot tub building Maintenance Man, as well as more traditional culinary delights from Chalet Hosts and Chefs. There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answer for this section of the interview so it provides a great opportunity to use your imagination, highlight your personality and showcase your skills.
