Dates: Ongoing - short term projects last 2-4 weeks and Medium Term Projects 6-12 months.
Cost: £180 registration fee - Volunteers fund their own travel. Board and accommodation provided by the host organisation free of charge. For projects in Latin America, Asia and Africa add £150 on arrival fee + training fee (£20 to £40).
Support in place: Pre-departure phone and email support; local project co-ordinators look after the volunteers; host organisation 24 hours full support ; evaluation and feedback once back in the UK. Predeparture and On arrival training for projects in Latin America, Africa and Asia.
Age limit: 18+ for most projects with a selection of projects open to 16-17 year olds

Manual work, renovation, restoration and construction .

You will join a team of international volunteers from all over the world, with whom you'll work and live a fantastic experience.

Many projects in our programme involve renovating or constructing buildings and infrastructure important for the life of a community. Tasks might involve renovating an old school, helping convert old buildings into social centres, or restoring old castles or historical buildings.
