We require an energetic head chef and chefs to prepare and cook a variety of pub food, tapas and snacks. Applicants should have a high degree of culinary skills in order to work in this fast paced environment. Cleanliness and knowledge of food storage procedures are also essential.

We want individuals who are enthusiastic and self motivated and be able to work alone and as part of a team. You will be cooking a variety of meals from an extensive menu, which means you will be preparing a good range of meals throughout the day.

We require chefs who have previously cooked pub style food and have good knowledge of these dishes. The working rota is flexible enabling you to have time to enjoy the summer, whether its a round of golf in the morning, an afternoon on the beach or a day in Barcelona, dont forget there's work to do too!

On top of your weekly salary you will receive your share of the season's tips.

Chefs of all abilities and experience may apply.
