We require energetic chefs to prepare and cook Spanish tapas. Applicants should have a high degree of culinary skills in order to work in this fast paced environment. Cleanliness and knowledge of food storage procedures are also essential. We want individuals who are enthusiastic and self motivated and be able to work alone and as part of a team. You will be cooking a variety of meals from an extensivemenu, which means you will be preparing a good range of meals throughout the day. We require chefs who have previously cooked tapas and have good knowledge of these dishes. The working rota is flexible enabling you to have time to enjoy the summer, whether its a round of golf in the morning, an afternoon on the beach or a day in Barcelona, dont forget there's work to do too! On top of your weekly salary you will receive your share of the season's tips. All your utility bills are covered in a subsidized accommodation package. Chefs of all abilities and experience may apply, but you must have had previous knowledge and experience withSpanish food.
