Daytime Activities - Action Team Members will be required to organise, promote and run a full programme of exciting daytime entertainment activities aimed at families and individuals of all ages. To fulfil the role of a Daytime Activity Organiser you will need to be confident in promoting activities and organising large groups of all ages. You will also need to be confident in using a microphone and be able to enthuse guests who don't even know they need to be enthused.
As part of your role you would also be expected to run activities for children between 3 and 8 years old and 9 and 15 years old. This would involve leading an extensive range of over 30 exciting leisure and sports activities including archery, volleyball, problem solving exercises, circus skills and raft building. The children's club programme also includes themed activities such as Pirates Paradise, Musical Mayhem and Minibeast Safari. Themed activities will involve craft, dress up and storytelling. For those staff with a head for heights and, perhaps, some climbing experience, training will be provided so that you can instruct some high adrenaline off ground activities on our fantastic high ropes courses.
