Based on a holiday parc in France, Italy or Spain, our Assistant Park Reps ensure our guests have a memorable holiday, whilst delivering the highest standard of customer service.
Requirements:
- Independent
- A good communicator
- Good personal presentation
- Self disciplined and motivated
- Skills in customer service
- A flexible team player
- Knowledge of French an advantage
Duties:
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Cleaning accommodation
- Greeting new arrivals to the park, and showing them into accommodation
- Providing park & local area information
- Reception duties and some evening duties
- Customer visits
