How much fun can you pack in to a day? At Thomson and First Choice, we’ve got more Kids’ Clubs than any other holiday company – so if you’ve got experience of working with children aged 0-11, this is where you start the most rewarding career journey imaginable. 

As a Children’s Rep, you’ll create tailored, stimulating and safe activity programmes for all ages, including anything from parties and sports days through to themed activities. You’ll build a rapport with the children’s families on arrival, and you’ll be a constant, trusted presence on their holiday.

Ideally qualified with at least a Childcare NVQ Level 2, and holding a valid paediatric First Aid certificate, you’ll be imaginative, overflowing with energy, and have a natural affinity with children.
