As a Holiday Advisor, you’ll do all you can to make our customers feel special from the time they’re with you in the resort until the time they set off for home. And because our customers want different things from their holidays, we’ll expect you to tailor your approach to make sure everyone always gets the most out of their time with us.

As well as a responsible, professional attitude, you’ll need to have a clear head under pressure, plus exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to work varied hours. We’ll be looking for some relevant customer service experience, ideally within the travel industry. You’ll also need a bit of sales flair too – so you can promote our products.
