We are currently recruiting a Spanish Speaking Administrator with relevant outdoor activity qualifications for our centre in Spain for the 2012 season.

The Administrator supports the rest of the senior staff team and is involved in the day-to-day administration of the centre. This includes running the centre office and operating the centres financial and personnel systems i.e. petty cash, credit accounts, cheque expenditure, budget control, staff wages, training and monitoring records and personnel records.

At our centres you will combine your skills of the Spanish language with your organisational and administrative skills whilst working in a client-focused environment. You will be relied upon as the foreign speaker to deal with local suppliers and related communications.  As part of a small centre team you will also be required to run activity sessions.

Requirements

• Confident Spanish language knowledge - spoken and written
• IT literate; good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and spreadsheets
• A meticulous & organised approach to finance, money handling & admin
• Full UK driving licence
• 21 yrs+ for senior positions
• Outdoor activity qualification in powerboat / sailing / windsurf / kayaking etc.
