Zürs is a small Austrian resort in the Arlberg ski area, also made up of St. Anton, St. Christoph & Lech. The Arlberg caters for skiers & boarders of all levels. Lech & Zürs are better suited for red & blue run skiers but there is more challenging skiing to be had over in St. Anton & St. Christoph. Zürs as a resort is relatively unknown for most other British tour operators so it tends to be where more Germans & Austrians ski. More often than not, the slopes are surprisingly empty even in very high season. The only slight drawback of this ski area is that it's not fully linked. There are however regular shuttle buses every 15 mins to link up the resorts & and these are covered under the ski pass which includes the whole area.

This resort is ideal for anyone who wants a relaxed, quiet resort which links into a huge ski area with some fantastic off piste skiing.

Pubs, cafés and clubs in Zürs

Zürs itself is a small, quiet resort with a few good apres ski bars and a nightclub in town. For somewhere a bit livelier, Lech is just over 5 mins drive from Zürs. Although St. Anton is further away (30min drive) this is the party town of the Arlberg with two legendary après ski bars on the slopes.
