Fabulous Opportunity to work in the sun in our resorts in Corsica , Sardinia or Portugal.

As part of a team of restaurant staff you will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to the guests.  In your free time you have the opportunity to windsurf, sail and play tennis and take part in many of the other activities in resort.   This could also lead to great opportunities to work in a Winter ski resort in one of our 12 chalet hotels in France Austria or Italy.

Previous restaurant experience ideal but not essential as you will be trained in resort.

You will need to be available from mid May till early October. We will also be looking for staff to go out during the season, for these roles we will need you to be available at short notice.
