Brunning and Price is a small but beautifully formed pub company with 15 pub restaurants, and we’ve been Pub Group of the Year three times now.  All our pubs have a traditional style with lots of wood, open fires and decent old furniture. We don’t have gaming machines, pool tables or juke boxes, but we do have good quality food, decent wines and a good selection of cask ales served in relaxed and easy going surroundings. 

Our managers run their own £1m+ businesses in some gorgeous, often historic properties: they put together and develop their own crews of up to fifty people; they choose their own wines and beers, write their own menus, and head up and host busy, fast paced  pubs. They take a direct cut of the profits each month, earning between £35k and £48k a year, and live in fully-funded, high quality accommodation which we provide. We’re now expanding and aim to open four pubs a year, so we’re on the hunt for graduates to help us grow.  From the outset you will be learning how to manage one of our pubs and to work towards running a place of your own in the future. You would probably come on board as an assistant manager earning around £18,000 – and for the right person the opportunities to progress within the company are enormous.
