Activity Manager

In2action are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, inspiring and organised Leader to take on the activity manager role on a brand-new site.

The Activity manager will ensure all aspects of the activity operation runs to the highest standard.

Duties will include leading and motivating the team, managing safety, programmes and rotas and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and activities are delivered on site.

The site will host a range of guests, including schools, day camps and National Citizen Service Groups (NCS). Designed especially for 15-17-year-olds, the NCS experience aims to give teens a clearer idea of what they want from their future through a well thought out programme of activities.

This is a life changing experience and one not to be missed. You will gain new skills, meet new friends, develop personally and inspire hundreds of staff and young people. We also have career development opportunities within the industry if this is of interest.

We are looking for candidates that are available from mid-June and contracts vary but can run until mid-August/ September or the end of October 2021.
