The Deputy Camp Manager holds the responsibility of supporting the Camp Manager in the day to day management of the camp, taking responsibility for the majority of the administration tasks, as well as ensuring the camp is operating efficiently with a keen eye on staff management, health and safety and safeguarding. If the Camp Manager is unavailable to work then the Deputy will temporarily take control until they are back.
- Over 21
- Be a UK/EU citizen and have lived within the EU continuously for the last 3 year
- Knowledge and experience of managing a childcare camp would be advantageous (programming, health and safety, financial care and customer care.)
- Hold a current paediatric first aid qualification would be advantageous
- Confident problem solver and ultimately a decision maker

Successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure. You need to possess the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for employment with Camp Beaumont.
