We are looking for an FA Coach who is great with children, passionate and enthusiastic to work at our luxury resort in Greece for the summer. You must have excellent verbal communication skills and be physically fit for this role, which involves coaching children aged 18 months – 14 years. The candidate will have a proactive, positive and approachable manner. The candidate must also be a team player as the football academy will be running alongside our childcare operation also based in the very popular family resort. You will be working as with international students as the majority of the guests are from the United Kingdom, Germany, Russia and Greece. Knowledge of one of those languages would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the smooth running of all the Worldwide Kids Football Academy in the resort
- To occasionally assist the Kids Club Activity Supervisor
- To ensure the safety and welfare of the children within your care and the care of the staff working alongside you
- To be proactive in creating suitable skills lessons for the children in your care to enjoy
- To use the equipment provided to create fun learning activities
- To liaise with the Worldwide Kids and Hotel Manager with any issues/updates
- To liaise directly with parents/carers of the children attending the clubs
- To be a visible face of Worldwide Kids within the hotel
- Mentoring international staff
- To step in operationally when needed to cover breaks, sickness and holidays
- To update the Worldwide Kids Management system on a daily basis
- Be proactive and imaginative in ideas for special promotions
- Inform the Childcare Manager of any equipment and supply shortages and make requests for additional stock.

Essential Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- FA Coaching Level 1 Youth Module or equivalent
- Experience of working with large groups of children
- Team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work using own initiative
- Excellent guest relations and customer service skills
- Endless enthusiasm and professional and positive attitude towards providing a first-class service
Desirable Requirements:
- Involvement with a Premiership Team
- Knowledge of Greek, German, French or Russian would also be advantageous
