We are now recruiting for the 2017/18 season and are looking for a Transfer Driver / Chalet Host to join our team.
At weekends you will work full days driving airport transfers to / from resort. As the first and last point of contact with our guests this is a really important role and you must provide a high level of customer service. During the week you will help out in some of our smaller chalets to cover breakfast / dinner shifts as required ensuring all guests feel welcomed & have all queries answered. You will also be available to help the Stock Co-ordinator and Maintence roles on an ad hoc basis. This role is flexible as the chalet assistant will also be required to help out in other chalet as & when required.
You will be working all day at weekends, and chalet hours during the week with one day off a week.
Drive weekend transfers to and from Geneva, ensuring all guests arrive & depart safely
Drive mid week transfers if required
Help out chalet hosts/chefs in catered chalets as required - on average this will be helping with breakfast and dinner service 3 times a week.
Providing cover in chalets if staff are unwell
Assist the Stock and Maintenance co-ordinators as required
Chalet shuttle driving in resort, dropping off guests at the ski lifts in the morning and picking them up in the afternoon this will vary from week to week depending on group numbers in designated chalets.
