Job Details

The Chef de Partie roles would suit confident chefs who wants to support the Head Chef in making an impression with their stunning food. It is a demanding but rewarding position  in the brand new 9 bedroom chalet, where you will be able to showcase your skills and abilities .

Main Responsibilities

  • Preparation of breakfast, and mise en place for canapés & three course evening meal for up to 20 guests in the chalet.
  • Catering for children (including early dinners when required)
  • Maintaining food hygiene, general health & safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Kitchen cleanliness & tidiness at all times

Package

Very Competitive salary, great accommodation, Austrian contract

Skills and Abilities Required

The Chef de Partie roles would suit individuals who have the following –

  • Recognised catering qualification or experience
  • Previous restaurant experience or Chalet catering experience
  • Available for the whole season – December until the end of April
  • EU passport or right to work in Austria
  • An attitude whereby nothing is too much trouble
  • Work independently as well as in a team
  • Good self-motivation
  • Organised, highly flexible and pro-active
  • Ability to remain calm, diplomatic and tactful under pressure
  • Excellent time keeping and reliability
