Commis Chefs are vital to the kitchen team. You help keep the rest of the kitchen team organised throughout the season! The Commis Chef is often referred to as the ‘go-to’ guy or girl in the kitchen if something needs doing, even if that includes the washing up!
You can expect to help with preparing and cooking good quality, healthy and nourishing food to all our guests and the staff and generally helping the kitchen team. You will assist with food deliveries too and ensuring that the stock is rotated. Sounds like a big job but that said, there’s less responsibility involved so ample time on the slopes. What more could you want!
