SUMMER Chef for Black Diamond Lodge in the French Alps
Suitable for couples. Private en suite Room including Staff Lounge area with wifi
The successful Chef must run the kitchen for breakfast and dinner service and be responsible for the success of the kitchen. The Chef will have 2 days off a week on Mondays and Tuesdays when the restaurant is shut.
The Chef is responsible for designing a simple three course menu du jour each day with vegetarian and dietary options. They also are responsible for organising the food ordering and delivery from our suppliers including Transgourmet. They must also do all of the ordering for breakfast.
The Chef must maintain high standards of health and safety, including personal hygiene and manage food preparation and organization in the kitchen. The Health and Safety standards are Black Diamond are vital to the successful operation of the kitchen.
