YHA is a charity. We work with 500,000 children and young people a year through stays in our 150 hostels; adventure in our activity centres and through our leading work in volunteering, traineeships, apprenticeships and youth employment. What you’ll be doing:

You will be leading a small team within the hostel, supervising the function(s) such as housekeeping, kitchen and reception.  You will ensure excellent levels of cleanliness throughout the hostel and deliver an efficient service to our guests.  You will support the management team to achieve its KPI’s ensuring an excellent customer service experience at all times.

It’s important to note that the role can be physically demanding; you’ll be standing for extended periods of time, required to make bunk beds and clean guest accommodation to a high standard.

We can be flexible with working hours our standard contract is 25 hours but there is plenty of opportunity to flex hours up or down just let us know your preference, so if you're interested please get in contact.
