Messini Beachclub is 20 minutes away from Kalamata city, which is one of Greece’s biggest cities. Kalamata is a really vibrant place full of every kind of restaurant and gorgeous sea front cocktail bars. There is also a roof top swimming pool and bar that is perfect for your days off. There is no need to worry about over filling your summer suitcase when you work in Messini because H&M and Zara are available to you in Kalamata, along with a mass of shoe shops and pretty much anything and everything you might need.
The resort has a long sandy beach and in the peak season there is a floating Aqua Park which is great fun. The Waterfalls are also definitely worth a visit as they are stunning. You can rent a car for a day for a really cheap price between 4 people and spend a day visiting so many pretty places with loads to see and do.
Staff accommodation in Messini is great, all with air conditioning and spacious rooms, which you don’t get in every resort. The closest bars to socialise in are a short walk away from the hotel, just down the beach. We also have a livelier bar 20 minutes away where they play great music and also Messini town has a pool bar, along with a few music bars too.
Messini Beachclub is without a doubt made for kids club, the facilities are awesome and the resort is flat which a bonus for the buggies! The beach is sandy which means no stones so the kids can play by the sea front and have a super fun time. The swimming pool is huge, as is the sailing area, and with so much kit on the beach you can’t help but have a great time on the water. The Tennis and the Mountain and Road Biking in resort are also really popular with everyone.
