Rockley are looking to employ Kitchen Assistants for our French Activity Centres.
As a Rockley team member you will be working with like-minded individuals in a beautiful part of the world. Your role within the team will give you ample time to get out on the water, experience new sports and enjoy the location you are living in. You will have access to all the equipment in your spare time and a team of instructors on hand to help you hone your skills. As a Kitchen Assistant you will work in the kitchen team with the Chef and Assistant Chef. You will be a vital asset to the team and be making a big difference to the experience that our customers have on centre.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Assisting the Chef and Assistant Chef with food preparation for breakfast, lunch and evening meals.
- Ensuring that the kitchen is kept to required standards of cleanliness at all times.
- Possibility of development during the season and being given more responsibility as your time goes on.

As a member of our French team you will be paid through the French pay system at a rate banded in accordance with your role.
Requirements
The right candidate will ideally have some experience working in a kitchen and in food preparation.
