We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations professional.
Family Ski Company has a reputation for innovation and professionalism that makes it one of the leading medium sized ski companies. Above all we believe in looking after our staff as well as we look after our guests.
Based in the Three Valleys or Portes du Soleil, the role is to lead our three resort teams with a total of 80 resort and childcare management staff, managing our French operation. You will be a key member of our overall company leadership team.
You will already have significant experience in a leading role in the ski or travel operations industry and be ready for your next step in a company that will value your leadership and expertise and will give you every encouragement in your next career step.
Your experience and skills should include HR, operations, service delivery and chalet management and you will need enough French to work with suppliers.
The salary offered will be competitive and the package will include use of a company car.
