Seaside Restaurant seats around 60 persons and is home to a menu featuring contemporary Greek-inspired dishes. 2022 is our 30th anniversary and our focus is to continue the success of our 2021 menu that focused on sourcing the best local produce and flavours with Head Chef Nikolaos Charitos.

The restaurant has two areas; the main terrace and the balcony. and food is served from 16:00 - 00:00 daily.

Throughout the summer we have a few private events which are either exclusive use of the whole restaurant or just the balcony.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for 2 x Sous chef and 1 x Grill cook (meat and fish) to work closely with our Head Chef to produce consistent, good quality dishes throughout the summer season.

Essential Requirements

  • EU PASSPORT HOLDER
  • Recognised catering qualification or extensive experience in a professional kitchen
  • Up to date Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant
  • Available for the full season (May - September)
  • Must speak English
