Working with children as part of the In2action UK Activity Team is a highly rewarding job and great fun but it’s not for everybody. It’s hard work, demanding both physically and mentally, hugely challenging and you need to be at your very best every day even when the going gets tough.
We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who enjoy meeting new people and are friendly and personable. Experience of the outdoors and working with young people is desirable but it’s more important to be fun loving, versatile, have loads of energy, boundless enthusiasm and a desire to work with children.
We have four centres across the UK in Gloucestershire, Norfolk, West Sussex and Buckinghamshire. You will mainly specialise in working with school groups, mostly aged 10 - 14 years, delivering a wide range of exciting adventure activities, including; archery, fencing, orienteering, team games, problem solving and a whole range of evening activities. You will also be expected to perform other duties such as Duty Instructor in the evenings.
Following your employment as an Adventure Instructor you may have the opportunity, depending on operational requirements, to be transferred to work in one of our other UK or overseas resorts to work as part of our Activity Team for the end of the season.
