Expect to work weekends with days off given during the week.

Salary

Competitive hourly wage, depending on experience

  • Work as a member of the watersports team, delivering RYA training courses to adults and juniors and other programmed sessions with a high degree of competency and safety, reporting to the Chief Instructor. 

  • Set up and pack down of equipment on a daily basis.

  • Follow high standards for safety, session delivery and management. 

  • Be a positive member of the team

  • Be a friendly and engaging personality with customers and members. 

  • Be able to build working relationships with customers and members in a way that helps them on their watersports journey while having a great time with great people. 

  • Complete various maintenance and repair tasks as required or directed by the Chief Instructor. 

  • General front of house duties when not on the water may include meeting and greeting customers and helping out in the shop.

Required Qualifications

At least one of: RYA Dinghy Sailing Instructor / RYA Windsurfing Instructor / BCU Instructor
