Expect to work weekends with days off given during the week.
Salary
Competitive hourly wage, depending on experience

Work as a member of the watersports team, delivering RYA training courses to adults and juniors and other programmed sessions with a high degree of competency and safety, reporting to the Chief Instructor.

Set up and pack down of equipment on a daily basis.

Follow high standards for safety, session delivery and management.

Be a positive member of the team

Be a friendly and engaging personality with customers and members.

Be able to build working relationships with customers and members in a way that helps them on their watersports journey while having a great time with great people.

Complete various maintenance and repair tasks as required or directed by the Chief Instructor.

General front of house duties when not on the water may include meeting and greeting customers and helping out in the shop.

Required Qualifications
