Background information on
Season it Cookery
With fourteen years experience of hosting chalets in the Grand Massif we run a comprehensive week long cookery course covering all aspects of chalet life. This course will enable you to have a fantastic ski season, you'll be given a handbook at the end of the course, with a tried and tested menu plan, a reference, and direct access to a local chalet companies with vacancies to fill. The courses are run at our luxury Chalet Pomet in Morillon in the French Alps, where you will also be staying. We have a maximum of 8 students per course. There is plenty of focused practical tuition by our highly qualified tutors for you to feel ready to start your season with confidence.
