Snowcoach Holidays, operating since 1978, is an independent family-run company offering skiing and summer holidays to our own hotels in the French Alps, using the brand name of Alpes Adventures in the summer.
Our loyal clients return year after year, some have been travelling with us for over 20 years. We receive wonderful comments from guests on just how lovely, accommodating and helpful our staff really are; clients are keen to nominate our staff for service recognition awards for a job well done.
We employ around 30-40 staff to run our hotels year round and carefully select the candidates that will complement our style. Vacancies are ideal for those wishing to get out and experience the mountain lifestyle and take part in mountain sporting activities.
Working abroad for a season is a unique life experience and gives you the opportunity to gain some really important career building and teamwork skills with like-minded people. It is a lifestyle choice and not suited for those who have major financial commitments – the major benefit is the opportunity to get out working abroad without having to fund the expenses yourself and get paid in the process. Some positions are suited for work placement students looking for overseas experience as well as graduates looking to build on their hospitality work experience. As well as these summer position there are opportunities to continue into the winter skiing season.
We are looking for candidates with a wide breath of skills wishing to experience mountain life, who are not afraid of hard work and have the commitment to exceed client expectations, as well as having a sense of fun. Positions include: hotel manager, bar manager, chef, kitchen assistant, drivers, ski technician, receptionist, maintenance, general and children's representatives. Some positions require fluent French speakers and is highly desirable in other roles
