We’re looking for Chalet Hosts to join our team for the winter season across France, Austria and Italy. You’ll deliver fantastic service to our customers through providing a personalised service that is nothing short of exceptional. Creating an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive in resort to the moment they depart you’ll welcome them into your chalet and provide them with great food and accommodation and be on hand to create that special holiday experience that makes them want to return to us year after year.

What you will be doing
You’ll deliver exceptional service our customers expect in accordance with company policies and to ensure brochure promises are fulfilled.
Work with the team to resolve an issues before customers travel or during their holiday, to ensure they receive what they have booked and go above and beyond with customer requests.
Deliver personalised welcome speeches for customers on a weekly basis after they arrive in your chalet.
Share mountain knowledge and engage with your customers throughout their holiday.
Prepare and create appetising breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner in accordance to the set Crystal menu plan.
Carry out daily and weekly deep cleaning in your chalet, to ensure you complete all necessary hygiene paperwork.
Prepare for customers departure and arrival in to the chalet by planning ahead with food, wine and linen orders and be around to receive and check when they are delivered.
Clear any snow or ice from outside of the chalet to ensure pathways are safe for customers to use.
What are we looking for
Put the customer at the heart of everything you do, have a passion for delivering service, and understand how much having a great holiday means to our customers.
chatty and personable – you build rapport quickly with all types of people of all ages.
Passionate about being in the mountains, you have an interest in skiing/snowboarding and outdoor life or be willing to give it a try.
Takes pride in you appearance and every aspect of your job, to deliver high customer service and go above and beyond achieving targets.
Flair for cooking or a real desire to learn how to cook for large numbers of people, feel comfortable delivering a 3 course meal on time to our customers.
Have a great eye for spotting dirt, dust and grime and take pride in walking away from a sparkling room – whether that’s the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or toilet!
Efficient with your way of working and willing to work as a team and help out others, Ability to plan ahead for your next changeover day to ensure you are ready for your new customers.
Team players who willing to work as part of a wider team and help out across other chalets when needed. You’re proactive and able to check your chalet for maintenance issues and highlight them so that customers enjoy a safe and comfortable environment.
Able to cope with ever changing tasks, have a flexible and adaptable approach to working location and hours in line with business requirements.
