Drop in Chalets is a young, independent chalet company in the centre of Chamonix. Our company is growing, as we are becoming known for our highly personal service, delicious food and effortless professionalism. A lot of that is due to the seasonaires at Drop in Chalets, giving us a great reputation and lots of returning, happy customers.
We are looking for a talented chalet Host to join our team this winter. You will work to successfully host and look after your guests to the highest possible standard.
As a host, you are our biggest asset and the face of our company. We are looking for enthusiastic hosts with a 'can do' attitude, who have a passion for the mountains. Who want to create great food and a friendly service.
You will ideally have some experience in hosting and cooking. Preparing breakfast and afternoon tea. You will also prepare a 3 course dinner 6 nights a week and be passionate about food and food presentation.
As a Chalet Host, you will have pride in your service and the chalet, take ownership of creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. You will keep the chalet, bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas clean and tidy, have driving duties for the guests and help at food service times.
You will be given full training, and support throughout the winter with the in resort management team. As a company, we all work as a team, helping out where in necessary, we are looking for hosts who share this mentality and who will help their team mates.

The chalet chef to have experience in cooking good quality food for small numbers, ideally with experience in similar roles.
Live out accommodation, competitive salary, ski pass, food, travel from the to the UK at the beginning & end of your contact. We will also make sure you have time on the mountain to ski or board and enjoy your season!
All applicants must be available for the full season (1st December to the end of April). Be a UK/EU Passport holder and have a UK national Insurance number and a UK bank account.
