Our Resort Support Teams are crucial in keeping our resorts running and keeping our Chalet Teams equipped with the supplies that they need. These varied positions cover all aspects of working within a prestige ski resort and the applicant can expect to gain valuable experience that can count toward a future managerial role.

Resort Logistics Assistant/ Quartermaster

Role description:

The Resort Logistics Assistant is responsible for managing the operation of one of our resort storerooms, ensuring the Chalet Teams are provided with the food and supplies that they need. You will work closely with the Chalet Coordinator to calculate what needs to be ordered and to place the orders with suppliers. This is a key role in resort which requires you to be self-motivated and organised. You will be responsible for conducting stock takes, processing orders, collecting supplies, stock rotation and delivering orders to chalets.

Who we are looking for: 

  • You will need to be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Previous experience of using Microsoft Excel is essential. Training will be provided on our food ordering system, however you will need to be able to enter in data accurately and to use your intuition to interpret guest dietary requirements.

  • It is required that you hold a full EU Driving Licence, a UK National Insurance number, UK bank account, and an EU passport.

  • As with all of our Resort Support roles, the Quartermaster role is varied and requires a high degree of flexibility.

  • Due to the nature of our business all employees must hold a recent DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) enhanced disclosure and certificate – we can assist with this processes.

Resort General Assistant

Role description:

The role of a Resort General Assistant requires a high degree of flexibility and motivation as the role is varied. No one day is the same and you will embrace any and all tasks as they arise. Key resort tasks include storeroom management, resort logistics, basic property maintenance, caring for our fleet of vehicles and providing cover for other resort roles as need arises. You will work closely with the Resort Manager and Chalet Coordinator to ensure that the resort keeps running smoothly and efficiently.

Who we are looking for : 

  • As a Resort Assistant you will need to be extremely flexible, organised and easy going.  

  • You should have experience working within in a professional childcare and/or hospitality  environment.

  • You will possess a very strong team ethic and will be a natural communicator.

  • You should be a motivated, positive and energetic person that enjoys a challenge and possesses strong problem solving abilities.

  • We will provide a training and set-up course during which you will be shown how to set up and operate your chalet. You will be equipped with the tools and information that you need to take on the responsibility of your role.
