Our paid seasonal roles give you the chance to boost your leadership skills and enhance your CV while you unite and guide teams of young people and staff through an action-packed youth and community programme.
As a Youth Programme Leader, you will facilitate the overall running of NCS on the ground. You will oversee that the staff and young people are working together cohesively while ensuring that specific logistical elements of NCS are in place.
The Pastoral Care Leader oversees the personal development of a young people. Through assisting staff, you will ensure that the young people on the programme have the support they need to get the most out of the experience. You will be facilitating a positive experience for young people with additional needs.
NCS allows young people to take part in outdoor activities, skill development and community volunteering. Last summer over 44,000 young people participated in our action packed three to four-week programme. 2018 is our most ambitious programme to date, and its lasting impact relies on the 4,500 seasonal staff members who will inspire their journey.
