Skizeen are looking to recruit a qualified Head Chef to provide an exceptionally high standard of catering and hospitality services to our guests. Duties include: Preparation of breakfast, afternoon tea and gourmet four-course evening meal five days a week, weekly food purchasing, and budgeting responsibilites. Working alongisde a second chef and kitchen assistante in a private chalet and private kitchen for up to 20-24 guests.
A mature and experienced chef with a proven track record in the service industry is what we're looking for to fill this role. You will be well organised and will have plenty of experience in customer facing roles, with a passion for customer service as well as real flare in the kitchen and the ability to cook for large numbers to an exceptionally high standard. The ideal candiate will hold a full and clean driving licence, and ideally an EU passport but for the right candiate we are happy to assist with the vist process to work in France.
