Our aims to deliver the best budget chalet holiday food in the alps.
The hosts / cook primary responsibility is cooking the Snow Retreat menu (which is provided) serving beautifully presented, appetizing breakfasts and three course evening meals in a customer facing kitchen. All supplies are delivered to resort. Saturday is changeover day and we require a full hands on approach from all our team to get the chalets ready.
Our cooking hosts:
- Are qualified or have experienced in catering OR are highly organised people with a passion fo cooking
- Have a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- Are able to cook in a small customer facing kitchen
- Are generally lovely people!
Competitive pay dependent on position and experience (paid in to UK bank account).
Accommodation, food, season lift pass, equipment rental, medical and personnel insurance, uniform, training.
1 1/2 days off per week, 1 weeks holiday during the season (fixed dates).
For organised people.. some of the shortest hours and plenty of time on the mountain!
Neraly half our team are returning team members.
All applicants must have a UK/ EU passport or visa to work in the UK, a UK bank account, a permanent UK national insurance number and must reside in the UK prior to the winter season.
