Skiworld, the largest independent ski tour operator in the UK, is looking for a Customer Operations Team Leader as we prepare for the exciting 22/23 ski season. We are looking for an organised and highly motivated team leader ideally with a passion for skiing to head up our Customer Operations department and provide the very best service.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Good organisation, numerical skills & self-motivated
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Excel
  • Accurate attention to detail
