We’re looking for a highly organised person with previous ski season or hotel management experience to manage one of our Ski Lodges in the Alps. You need to be an excellent motivator of staff, a natural problem solver, great communicator with staff, guests and suppliers, and ideally be able to speak good conversational French.
Your responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Ski Lodge (a chalet-style hotel) which sleeps up to 80 guests. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, stock-taking and accounting as well as overseeing the staff rotas, motivating your team, monitoring service standards and working with your Lodge Supervisor and Head Chef to maintain an efficient and fun work environment for the ski season.
Skiworld will provide you 2 days off per week, lodgings, insurance, lift pass and equipment plus travel to and from the UK, food and several other benefits.
