Our  Hotel Representative is re based in Les Bruyères, Les Menuires (3 Valleys) France.

We accept applications from both UK and EU passport holders.

JOB ROLE SUMMARY

As the primary interface for our Les Bruyères (3 Valleys) hotel guests, your mission is to ensure that our guests have a premium, fantastic experience for the duration of their holiday.   You will greet all of our guests, and communicate with them  throughout their stay, in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner. If queries arise, you  will  sort these in the most efficient, proactive way, delighting the guests with your knowledgeable, enthusiastic attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  AND TASKS

• In cooperation with the Hotel Manager, deliver all  overseas communications with our guests

• Plan the logistics of the airport transfers for hotel guests and communicate this to the other airport representative,

• Accompany and ‘rep’ the transfer buses. Deal with any issues, e.g. lost bags at the airport

• Help guests with the check-in and check-out processes at the hotel 

• Be present around the hotel at meal-times engaging with the guests to allow them raise any issues or anything we can help them with

• Provide our guests with hotel services information  plus resort and ski information 

• Sales and cash handling

• Work closely with the hotel senior management team to deliver the best guest experience

• You will work proactively to ensure that improvements in the guest experience are found and delivered throughout the season.

• Find prompt, effective and efficient resolutions to any guest issues 

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

• Previous excellent customer service experience 

• Personal Qualities :  confident, friendly,  assertive,   approachable, positive,  enthusiastic attitude, energetic, resilient 

• Efficient and hard working with excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) 

• Strong attention to detail / maintain the very high standards of this premium product

• A proactive approach in looking for efficiencies in both processes and procedures while maintaining our very high standards .
