Skiworld are currently recruiting for an Overseas Recruitment Assistant to join our Recruitment team based at the London head office.
This is a full time role which would suit a highly organised person with a superb attention to detail. The ideal candidate would have a naturally gregarious personality, be a good judge of character and have the conviction to make good decisions when necessary. Previous ski season experience with a tour operator is essential.
You’ll be mainly involved in the recruitment of all overseas ski season staff, with particular responsibility for recruiting chalet staff. This will include screening and interviewing candidates, as well as assisting with all subsequent correspondence and logistics.
In addition, the role provides support to the HR department in an administrative capacity to ensure the efficient day to day running of the department. These duties include responding to enquiries, managing some staff communication platforms and coordinating travel arrangements.
