Chalet Chef Jobs - 2019 Season
Our season starts in early December, running through to the end of April 2018.
Our qualified chefs are key members of the resort team and crucial to the delivery of the Venture Ski product. A passion for food, people and the mountain is essential to be successful in this role.
We are looking for hard working, sociable, organised individuals with catering experience and qualifications, to cook for between eight and 25 guests. You will provide breakfast, afternoon tea and four course dinner, as well as provide menu information to ensure we exceed the expectations of our guests. We do not expect our chefs to do any shopping - all food is centrally ordered and stored. You simply need to be able to professionally prepare your dishes each day, and to provide excellent customer service. The more organised you are - the more time on the slopes you can expect.
These are demanding roles, but the rewards are high and our unique bespoke offering will ensure you have plenty of opportunity to flex your culinary muscles. We will expect flexibility and team spirit to ensure the customer comes first.
